CATERING - OPS - How to Pack Away Air Pots

In this video, I'm going to show you how to put away the airports. This is an airport. They are a five litre thermal vessel, they hold their temperature for about 24 hours. And we use them for our tea and coffee stations on our functions. And when you finish with them, make sure you Empty out all the water. And the first thing you do is place these into the milk crate. And you'll see that the spouts are facing the centre of the milk, right. The next one goes in upside down with the handle facing behind it.

Oops. And you have one spout facing one way in one spout facing the other way. The next thing you do is you take the lids, the lives of a very fragile part, the clip here that clips onto the airport. So you place them into the milk, right so that clip is on the side.  And you place the other one in the opposite.

And then you take the pots, the bits of water come out and you place them between the two airports, one faces that way and the other one faces that way.

And once they're in there, they're nice and stable. They can't move around too much and nothing gets broken.
